About Heather
Heather Coleman, Vice President or for those that really know her, Queen of Enriched Academy, is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering financial wellness across varying organizations throughout Canada. She has spent the last four years researching the impacts of Financial Wellness on Employees and empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions while she completed her Masters of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University. The successful completion of her MBA led to presenting her research, in collaboration with Dr. Scott Rankin at the ASAC Conference in 2024.
Leading the growth and development of the Associations and Corporations division, Heather actively collaborates with Canadian Companies, guiding them in establishing a robust culture of financial well-being among employees or their respective memberships.
Heather's passion has led her to travel the country engaging thousands of Canadians in breaking the barriers of having real "money talk" without the pressure of having to buy.

Beyond her corporate prowess, Heather is a passionate ringette player, showcasing her commitment to both teamwork and athleticism, and a proud mother of two beautiful girls. Heather's multifaceted approach underscores her commitment to holistic well-being, in the workplace, home and on the ice.
