Money Mindset matters
Not all heroes wear capes. Some empower others. Heather Coleman had a moment that changed her forever — sitting in a one-on-one meeting with a team member who shared that she had just landed a huge promotion, inspired by the time Heather had spent with her. That conversation sparked deep reflection on what leadership truly means. Heather realized that great leaders do more than manage tasks — they empower people. They give time, energy, and encouragement. They ask questions like, “What do you need to succeed?” and “What does good look like?” They create space for others to take ownership, find solutions, and thrive. Her message is powerful: leadership is not about being the hero. It is about building more heroes. Great leaders grow other leaders.
